Lots of good advice about options for repair with no pressure to upsell to a more expensive job. I had spoken to a couple of other companies but I had no confidence in their service, quotes or value for money. Get in touchVery disappointed with the service received from this company. Came at beginning of June and quoted for repair to lock for bedroom window, fitting of sliding patio doors to French doors and a new front door. Understandably things took longer due to covid, but it is now 5th September and we still have not had the work completed. Their communication is very poor. We have had several days cancelled due to door not being delivered firstly and then the fitter they use to being sick. Obviously these things happen and we understand but I had to initiate contact in both of these cases the day before , to be told sorry it was not going to happen. Date arranged for 22/08 and again I had to contact them the day before to make sure it was going ahead. The fitters came and they had to go away again to get trim and the lock, no problem. He then said he was only able to work until 1pm and that the office should have let us know but did not. The fitters were great and stayed an extra hour but were not able to finish the work, and he contacted his boss to arrange for a follow up visit to be informed he did not have his diary and that they would make contact first thing Monday to do this. I emailed mid- morning to arrange a date and said we can do any day to fit in. Wednesday still no contact so emailed and also left mobile numbers to discuss if any issues they might .
