Rating: 5 out of 5 55156 reviewsGet in touchI don't know where to start. He didn't prep areas needed first. Had to rip out brand new improper laid flooring and then apply self leveller. Even self leveller wasnt done properly. Gaps everywhere. Not even stuck down properly in some areas. Some areas he did not even continue herringbone, just some random pattern. He didn't plan it so when his flooring met in the middle it didn't match up so he used small pieces. He has cost me thousands of pounds in material let alone his payments. When I picked out faults he would say he will fix later. Which is not possible as the whole floor would need to come out. Took money from me at the beginning. Tried to get money from me again for levelling but I didn't fall for it this time. He then told me his mother has died and suddenly left. Screenshot attached.

Get in touchExcellent work: Craig has been so helpful to me when choosing the style of LVT i want for my floor and was more than happy to answer my questions. He provided me with samples to pick from and didn’t rush me at all when choosing the style i’m happy with. His communication is spot on, he always gives me updates and helped me with suggestions on which direction the herringbone will face. After the job was finished, the floor looked very neat and tidy. - Get in touchA total disaster. I wish i had never hired him. He rushed doing the job and has left a hell of a mess, plus he's totally ruined the laminate boards. I'm a 67 year old pensioner who currently has a broken back. I can't even go to bed as he took the heavy bathroom door off and just left it propped up against my bathroom door. The mess he left astounded me which i can't manage to clear up. Now he states he didn't quote me for rubbish removal when in fact he even said he would cut the rubbish up. If possible I will post some pictures. I'm in tears. I lost my Son so have no-one to help, hopefully I can find a reasonable cost to at least re-do the flooring. I have already paid him. I trusted him as the pictures he showed me of the supposed work he had done was great. Personally I doubt the work was his.
