Dan & Rob visited us to examine the work we needed doing and then prepared us a detailed quote which was very fair. Our existing toilet, sink, radiator cupboard and lights were removed and all were replaced with new and modern replacements with a qualified carpenter and an electrician involved as required. The walls and windowsill were all prepared and then tiles were laid floor to ceiling. A radiator in the kitchen was also replaced. Their timekeeping was excellent as was the clearing and cleaning at the end of the day. Both Dan and Rob were professional and efficient and we are delighted with the result of their work and unreservedly recommend them.

Not happy. Spent all day moving 2 pipes. Seemed ok initially until the heating system went on. Now no heating at all to the radiator. Kept trying to convince me that the radiator probably had never been working even though it was brand new and was piping hot yesterday. Advised that it would get hot eventually. Waited an hour by which time he had already gone. Now radiator is stone cold and another radiator has gone cold. Not impressed at all especially as he claims to be Gas Safe!
