In 2017 I started my carpentry business. Initially, I focused on small projects, Installing new doors, making custom picture frame's and so on, gradually building a loyal customer base through word-of-mouth referrals and local advertising. In 2018 I started taking on projects through housing associations, These project consisted of a variety of property Maintenance issues, From fencing and installing new flooring to installing new kitchen work tops. These project would require me to lease with tenants and property managers and other trades men. And resolve there issues in a prompt and timely manner to a satisfactory standard. Completing risk assessment and planning a maintenance schedule for ongoing issues and preventative measures. To date I have completed well over 300 small works projects and a number of large project with the housing associations.
