He turned up when he said he would, completed on-time, didn't leave a mess for me to clear up, didn't throw-in dubious 'extras', and didn't try any VAT-evading fiddles. All-in-all a delightful breath of fresh air compared to some other local contractors. I would use him again without hesitation, and intend asking him to quote when/if I ever get round to doing the internal redec (!)
