At PDEP Property Services, I generally have three strands to my work - Painting and decorating, property maintenance ("handyman"-type tasks), and garden maintenance. Painting and decorating has been a core part of my work since the beginning. It's a real privilege to work on clients' homes. I find it deeply satisfying to bring customers' visions to life, and pride myself on a job well done, whether through paint or wallpaper, interior or exterior. What's really important to me is to put the client's wishes at the centre of what I do, and whilst I might suggest a particular approach, or type of paint to use, for example, I always make the customer's wishes the top priority. I have significant experience in painting, wallcoverings, and spraying technologies, and am, of course, fully insured. I aim for transparent pricing, and will explain the rationale behind a quote. In addition to painting and decorating, many clients contract me to support routine maintenance, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or elsewhere. This may mean repair work, plumbing, joinery, tiling, or other skills. I enjoy the variety of these "handyman" tasks, and am always pleased to quote competetively for these jobs. Finally, when the season and weather allow it, I undertake gardening and garden maintenance - mowing, weeding, garden clearance, and more. I find great satisfaction in bringing order to the most unruly of plots! I have worked extensively throughout my home area (the Chew Valley), as well as throughout Bristol, Bath, and the surroundings. Hi at Black Dog Joinery, I offer the best carpentry and joinery service available. I like to plan the work ahead, be upfront and honest with customer and delivering the quality of service people require. I started off as a bench joiner, making bespoke joinery, such as, doors, windows, stairs and kitchens, once these items were manufacture and taken to site I would fit them. I then moved to working on site, and have done your general carpentry and joinery work such as skirting, hanging doors, fitting kitchens and tiling and constructing timber walls and installing insulation.
