We were very impressed with his experience and knowledge and his quote was competitive. Both Steve and Andy arrived every day they said they would and with their bubbly personalities, made a usually stressful experience, feel like a walk in the park. With 3 children, 1 dog and 2 newly released kittens, they accomodated us all. They communicated with us throughout and kept us informed daily. They handled the building inspections efficiently and professionally. Our single storey extension they built, has been completed to a high standard, incorporating roof lanterns, a window and bifold doors. It has made our family life easier, with the addition of space for a new kitchen and downstairs cloakroom, with the old kitchen becoming a bedroom for our eldest. Thanks so much Steve and Andy, you almost became a part of our family and we miss you already. We chose Chris because of his friendly and positive outlook on the work, nothing seemed to be a problem and he was good value. The work took a little longer than planned but this was due to some unforseen circumstances. The job however has been completed to an EXCELLENT standard. Compared to some of the other builders we have had who are grumpy and rude, Chris and his tradesmen were fantastic and we always felt comfortable with them being in the house no matter if we were in or not. Throughout the project Simon dealt with everything, from the carpenters, plumbers, skips and choice of materials etc. He had some really good ideas and nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we changed a few things and added extra jobs along the way. From the initial quote visit and design process they were easy to correspond with and showed up when they said they were going to. They were a pleasure to have in my home while they were working, very tidy, clean and friendly. The changes to our home has made such a difference and is everything and more than what we expected to gain. Everyone comments on our home when they visit, I still love it so much now a couple of years on and wouldn’t change anything. They complete the job at such a high standard considering how quick they get the job done aswell and I’ve not had any issues since completion.
