Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

So pleased with Chris and his guys. They were able to fix my roof when other companies had not done a proper job. They replied quickly and were extremely organised with no mess or fuss. They were professional, explained every stage of what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. I hope I now have a watertight roof as time will tell. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them. Thanks guys!

Chris and team were able to fix a botched garage roof replacement quickly, with no mess or fuss. They were professional, explained every stage of what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. I now have a watertight garage roof! I will be using them again!

It was a pleasure to use the services of Chris and his staff. They were and are very professional and polite tradesmen/women. I would highly reccommend them to family, friends or strangers . I would definately use again. 10/10

I would highly recommend Empire, our flat roof was replaced by a team of two guys who were very polite. The job was finished really well and our flat roof looks so much better now. Thank you.

A swift response from Empire when I first posted the details of the job required. Chris came shortly after for a free inspection and explained how the job would be completed along with time frames and quotations. The completed works was done professionally, within budget and time frame stipulated with photographic evidence provided. Great service, and highly recommended!

Great work, very professional. Cleaned up at the end of each day and work completed to a high standard.

Great service, turned up when they said they would, did a proper job and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Just what you you want but rarely get. Thanks Chris and team.

We are very pleased with the outcome of works done on our property and would wholeheartedly recommend Empire to anyone wanting similar work. We decided in the end to have a full replacement roof at the front of our mid terrace house adjoining the existing dormer, with new guttering both front and back, along with the two lower roofs at the back of the house, as well as replacement of two Velux windows which were over 20 years old on our 1930s property. We were very impressed with the builders who worked on the job, all of whom were hard working and very polite and always cleaned up after themselves (Some of whom have been working for Empire for many years). At times we did have snags, but most importantly they were addressed and dealt with promptly by Chris' team to a high, professional standard. We found Chris to be very approachable and helpful and he was prompt in issuing the quote which we found reasonable compared to other Roofing Companies we had looked at. Overall we are very delighted with the outcome of the work done on our property.

Arrived on time, guys were friendly and worked well. Good job thank you.
