Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Chris was very prompt, professional and communicative throughout.

Extremely professional service from the quotation with Chris through to installation. The team that fitted the front & back guttering, facias and sofits were respectful, polite and very tidy. Would strongly recommended this company and they are competitively priced compared to the other 6 companies I had quote.

With thanks to Chris for all your efforts on completion of your works to remove the flue on our roof. You kept me informed, took pictures and was always reachable on the phone to answer any queries I had. Thank you! Would recommend

Chris and the team did a great job. Very professional from start to finish. Photos at the end were very helpful.

When estimate took place Chris was very clear on what needed done. As a lady on her own it can be daunting. The team who came to do the work were so nice. They did a fantastic job. From asking for a Builder and the work being completed were 3 days. Thank you Empire.

The whole process from start to finish with Empire was so smooth and efficient. I had a leaking flat garage roof due to previous cowboy company - pays to use professionals like Empire. From the site inspection, quotation and worked carried out I can say nothing more than these guys are the best. They are polite, on time, clean and tidy work and never once push anything on you you don't want. The job was done in a professional manor, extremally polite workers, very tidy with a stunning finished job. Can't wait for it to rain now.

Very happy with the service - Chris visited the site and provided good information, after which the quote was quickly provided. The job was completed very swiftly and I was happy with the communication throughout.

I do not like writing reviews as in my experience not much good comes from them. Seeing I having to leave one before my job can be signed off and insurance documents issued I see as a negative in its own right. This alone will put me off using this site again.

Excellent service and workmanship using good materials. Care is taken throughout the job so nothing is damaged in our garden. Cleaned up well afterward.

Work finished on time and within the quoted price. Haven't noticed any issues . Thanks will hire again.
