This person came to my property to change the two port valve. He attempted to do it and left with my boiler not working (it was working before he came), which means no hot water and no heating. He also caused a short circuit while attempting to replace the valve and burned my thermostat. I am going to have to pay for all these repairs now. I am very disappointed because when seek help in this app at the very least you dont expect to be left worse than you were before.

I highly recommend Young's Joinery for any kitchen renovation project. They recently installed a new Howden's Kitchen for me and did an outstanding job. The installation included all cabinets, worktops, coloured backboard, and glass splashback. Young's Joinery went above and beyond by removing the existing extractor and coordinating with the electricians and plumbers I hired for the installation of new appliances such as the hob, oven, and fridge freezer. Additionally, they also fitted new window sills and flooring, which included replacement skirting, and fabricated a new island with a bespoke waterfall worktop. The kitchen was fitted impeccably, with tidy sealing, and they cleared the rubbish daily, keeping the work areas clean throughout the entire project. The estimates provided by Young's Joinery were very competitive, and their service was definitely worth considering. Although, it would be even better if they could offer project management services to further enhance the customer experience. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional work that Young's Joinery has done. Their attention to detail, expertise, and competitive pricing make them a reliable choice for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

I will not use Keith again and won't recommend his services to anyone else. I hired him to replace a defective door lock on the conservatory door of my rental property. He replaced the lock without discussing fees with me first, then sent me a bill of £170 which I negotiated down to £150. He agreed to this fees provided I give him a good review on MyBuilder. I initially did not mind. When I asked for an invoice, he claimed he would sent it over on Monday. I also did not think much of this as it was Friday evening. I paid him immediately and he has subsequently refused to send an invoice or a receipt for the payment received. This is misleading. I have waited for the receipt since 09 January. I should not have believed him. AN HONEST BUSINESS PERSON WILL ISSUE RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT RECEIVED.

This is the worst workman ever...DO NOT USE him for your own good...I have never used anyone so unprofessional...After he accepted to do the job, he moved around the date so many times for no clear reason..We eventually fixed a date for about a month after the job was originally scheduled, and then he doesnt show up and stopped answering his phone... No reason nothing...For your own good do not use this guy, he will mess you around and then not do the job. I think MY BUILDER should not allow people like this to use their vetted platform. UNPROFESSIONAL to the nth degree. Again, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if you do you will regret it. If i could i would give zero stars but the system doesnt allow you to give zero stars. Such a terrible person.
