Gotta say, what a great plumber/heating engineer, and a top bloke too. He had an idea of the issue with my boiler, but there were other curve balls thrown in, identified as possibly part of the problem. He dealt with them extremely professionally and was happy to chat whilst I watched on with interest. I immediately found Steve to be very friendly and polite. He was highly efficient and most professional in his wholly unhurried, patient and calm approach into tackling my gas boiler problem which he was not aware of until he arrived, but which flared up literally only on the preceding day when I had to go out early for the whole day. This was in spite of my having booked him initially only to service this boiler. He took care to explain the procedure of rectifying the problem that had until then left me with no hot water or cooking facilities.
