I recently had a plumbing issue with a faulty shower pump, which was replaced by a previous plumber but struggled to get running, leaving us without hot water. Thankfully, I found Terry on MyBuilder, and he patiently explained the potential problem via a video call and guided me through getting the hot water running again. Couple days later Terry came in person to fix the shower pressure and it worked perfectly. Great experience! Highly recommend his services for anyone in need of a dedicated and skilled plumber. After being overpriced from other trades people Omeid was amazing. Came the following day for quote and instructed a few days after. He was very punctual started some days 8am and left prompt 5pm. He is a perfectionist like the other reviews here which helps customers. He doesn’t cut corners has amazing knowledge and when you praise him he is very humble for his work. He also had time to do a final walk around and doesn’t just take your money like other trades people out there. Also he rectified a leak done from another plumber and did so much work that was not part of the quote but as a good person he fixed. He is jack of all trades so will be using him for my internals now going forward. Very professional and we need more workers like him in this planet who don’t just do it for money but really care about customers. He is one to be added in my diy directories and he will be the first person I call.
