EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE Aiden was punctual for the 1st appointment to view the job, & seemed keen & enthusiastic to accommodate our needs. Then his replies to communications slowed. He promised us a given date & said he wouldn't let us down. He knew we needed the work done urgently. I had the job details in writing & a quote from Aiden. On the agreed date he didn't turn up & has ignored all my contact attempts since. His unreliability caused us much stress, inconvenience and some expense. Looking through reviews shows that I'm not the 1st person with whom this firm has been unreliable. UPDATE CORRECTING BUILDER'S REPLY "No specific date provided" is wrong. He promised a specific date & time & not to let us down. Not contacting us about not coming & ignoring calls since is inexcusable. "No response" from us is also wrong. I have proof of replying. Guy gave me a quote said he was coming down next day, next day he comes with an excuse that he’s stuck in a farm with his worker???
