Radiator fitted fine, it was a large heavy vertical type. Problem came with the pipe work which I noticed after plumber had left. Pipes were at terrible angles and very visible. I contacted him and he stated that's the best I could do!! I will have to get another plumber in to complete the job.

I needed a new boiler fitting. Kyle came round and gave a clear quotation, explaining where fluctuations may occur based on my property. He also explained the different choices of boilers and thermostats we could have, explaining pros and cons. The job was done in the time originally specified to a very high standard. Any other areas of the house that were affected have been neatly tidied. Kyle was always polite and was very respectful when we were in the house at the same time.
