Tom responded very quickly and arranged to complete the job within 2 days. He was very friendly and efficient. He installed a gas cooker and washing machine also removed a washbasin. It was a reasonable cost and I would ask him to do more work for me.

Alan contacted me promptly and arranged for free quote which was very competitive with plenty of choice, alternatives. Alan was very knowledgeable and knows his trade well (others have been let downs in areas of timeliness and recommendations/choices). Alan arranged a time and date to suit me and replaced my boiler within one day including removing my old cylinder including pipework and frame. It was so professional from start to finish I came home and you wouldn't know the job had been done.....very tidy. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and courtesy respect for your home. I had a gas engineer (J bury heating service)install pipes from outside the building, to inside building but there were two issues. First, the screed board around the wall was broken and left loose, not fixed in place. Second, the pipe inside the boiler cabinet, when you open the door, is now very visible—it’s sticking out in an ugly way. In the previous job I did six months ago, the pipes were neatly hidden up top. Why was this one so much worse in comparison? Disappointing Not recommended
