I have been in the building trade since I was 23 so I won't give my age away but it's over 10 years. Have worked on new builds to renervations learning the craft. I am a sole trader and decided to set up on my own.I found my self offering clients materials at cost price cutting out the middle man. This in turn leaves the client with a quilty finish at a lower cost due to the contacts I have built up over the years. Alex installed a Navien combi boiler for me, got it working and running with mains power only though. He never completed the job as should been because as an electrician, I tried many times to connect the thermostat but I failed because as Alex said it needed some dip switches changing. Personally, I shouldn’t be messing with dip switches and as his client I should have the boiler ready for use after install. He stilll not replied to my last texts.
