Luke did a stunning job on our en suite and main bathroom. Both were a complete refit plus an extension. Could not fault the quality of work from start to finish. Luke made sure he quoted the job properly and carefully, gave us plenty of advice on what was possible and what sort of products would be best. The completed work looks absolutely great and is finished to perfection. We are so pleased with how everything looks and works. Luke and his team were always on time, super friendly and polite, really nice people who we enjoyed meeting and completely trusted with a key to our home and to be left there if we went out. They were incredibly hard (And happy!) workers and went above and beyond to get the job done within the agreed timeframe to a superb standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be booking Luke in the future for our next job.

Jim is friendly, good at explaining everything and happy to take his time to make sure we were happy with all the work - even following up a few days later to check all was ok. His invoice was easy and clear with lots of information showing us exactly what it was we were being charged for. We will use Jim again for any plumbing jobs. For info, he sorted out a noisy radiator, carried out a boiler service, replaced some old and worn out parts to fix two radiators as well as gave us advice on other maintenance we could consider to improve our central heating system (should we wish to).

Jake replaced two isolators feeding my bathroom radiator / towel rail and two stuck gate valves isolating feeds from the cold water tank. He used good quality materials and carried out both jobs quickly and to a high standard. When the radiator didn’t heat up as expected he unblocked the pipework with his vacuum and compressor. Jake was cheerful, polite, a good communicator and easy to get on with and cleared up afterwards. I highly recommend Jake for any plumbing work.
