Ciprian arrived punctually. He was respectful and polite. He did an excellent job and very obviously knows what he is talking about. He's been in the trade for a long while and can pretty much lay his hand to anything. He finished the job I had asked him to do with an hour spare and offered to help me with another area in my house. From the initial meeting to date, Syed has been absolutely fantastic and a consummate professional throughout our interaction. Very clear communication on options and choices. A good listener who filled us with confidence. During the design phase, we made a number of changes and Syed remained engaged, offering a number of solutions. This was key to building trust. We ordered a sizeable kitchen and the build quality was way better than a well known retail brand. Syed was onsite to oversee the delivery, check all the items and instruct the fitters accordingly. Brilliant service! Syed has been very accessible, answering the phone or calling back very soon after. So impressed that we commissioned Syed to carry out some additional work in the house.
