Gary was professional at all times and was easy to talk too explaining everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done. At the start he was running 20 mins late but he text before hand to let me know. The boiler was having a service and I had found a small leak. Gary opened up the boiler and found a small part that was leaking. The part was £15.00; he fitted the part as part of the service as he said it would not take long to fit. Although our boiler is situated in our small toilet Gary still covered everything over to protect everything. He was thorough and checked all of our gas appliances and made some recommendations. The cost of the service was fair and I have already recommended him to my neighbour.

Gotta say, what a great plumber/heating engineer, and a top bloke too. He had an idea of the issue with my boiler, but there were other curve balls thrown in, identified as possibly part of the problem. He dealt with them extremely professionally and was happy to chat whilst I watched on with interest.
