Dominic and his team have done an excellent job converting my conservatory into a room, adding a additional storage room and re designing steps and patio area. I also decided to have 2 upstairs windows replaced. All this work was carried out to a very high standard and I am extremely pleased with the completed work. All of the team were extremely pleasant and polite in particular Igor who never seemed to stop working and always with a smile. I do not no where to begin with this review because I am so happy with Dave!!! We have had nothing but issues with a variety of builders with our Load bearing wall removal and the drawings from our structural engineer. I advertised again because we weren't confident as we had to redirect a soil stack within the job.. Then I get a few messages of interest including one from Dave John Bessant construction. Dave said he will come over to have a look and give us a quote. He came over and was so thorough in looking at the job properly before quoting. He was a little more than others were quoting but because of his attention to detail we decided to go with him. He came again at no cost to check the job over and warned us of worse case scenarios before starting the job. Now he said he would take his time but Dave and Phil were outstanding!!! He walked us through every step of the way! Passed building inspection with flying colours!!! Guess what! The quote he gave is what I paid! AMAZING!

From first meeting Tony and Max we were reassured. This was a complex job requiring care thought ,health and safety and experience. This team had the lot , they were basically going in blind in some parts of the job not knowing what they were going to come up against. Nothing was too much trouble every problem they faced was worked out with us giving us confidence and reassurance throughout the job. The sheer volume of hard work the team put into my project is still unbelievable to me, my friends and family. The skills knowledge and experience these guys have is amazing the quality of the finnish the materials used all top quality. Quotes were very competitive they worked within our budget helping us to achieve our end result. Marius was hired to remove some internal (non load bearing) walls, make a small room bigger and install a Skylight on the roof. He gave me a reasonable quote, and came on time to do the job. While he was working on the room, I asked him to board my loft and he quickly did that job too along with adding a loft ladder. He worked really hard and went an extra mile to make the job look good. The whole work finished on time and the quality of work was very good. Andy did a great job of correcting another builders very shoddy workmanship.He removed all the relevant brickwork, fitted a lintel and rebuild the area using new bricks, he even made a feature over the doorway.
