Trudi is a lovely friendly lady. She let us know when she was on the way to us. She has done a fantastic job of chiselling, using stonesaw to get out the old mortar then repointing/filling our steps. She worked hard all day non-stop apart from cups of tea & biccies, shes a very tidy worker and can't recommend her high enough.
