Nathan was very nice, but he went missing/awol. Initially, he agreed to begin the work in a month's time, so we waited and didn't look around for other helpers. Eventually he began a week or so late and came to do an initial site visit. Then we never heard from him again. I sent many messages on this platform and by phone, I don't know what happened, but it set us back 2 months.

Excellent work, can't recommend highly enough. AMR offers great value and service — turned up on time, got the work done without any problem, found another issue with my flue and was able to fix that for a good price too. More than willing and able to explain issues and investigate something that had gone through other tradespeople (a boiler engineer and gas emergency personnel) to diagnose what went wrong and reassure us we wouldn't run into other issues. £150 for the work, £16 (odd few pounds for material) - Paid £100 from labour, and the material cost immediately post day 1 (<4 hour work). Work was incomplete due to waiting for sink delivery, requested and agreed to come back to complete - outstanding £50 would be paid alongside a small drink for the initial customer service. Called up a month and a bit later, the price provisionally agreed had been back tracked, and then a further demand for more money to see off the work. Tell me where I said what is incorrect?
