An absolute pleasure to have carry out a boiler installation and gas safe certificate to show fit for use. Did an Excellent job, and went out his way to fit the job in just before Christmas on the 22nd so I could move in my new house to spend Christmas and he went above and beyond expectations. He kept in contact before and leading up to him carrying out the job and also gave me advice after the job was done and kept me fully informed with what would happen next with the certification. He also informed me that he could register the boiler for me with the boiler manufacture for the boiler to be covered under warranty if faulty. Defiantly will be using again for annual boiler service and a name I defiantly will be passing on if anyone asks for a boiler/gas man.

I am impressed. Aaron has done 2 jobs for me - sorted a long term issue with the shower leaking through the ceiling & fitted a new sink. He was friendly, experienced & competent, spent time & care helping me choose the right product for our needs. He came when arranged & came straight back when I had a worry about a sink support. He worked understandingly & creatively with the idiocincracies of my old house & our particular needs as a family. Prices were very reasonable & in addition all the money from jobs he does on Saturdays is donated to The Children's Hospital. The guys he works with cover many aspects of the building trade so you can get all sorts of jobs done without having to coordinate seperate tradespeople. What a nice guy & what a find!

Excellent attentive service, very punctual and thoroughly professional. At least 8 plumbers had visited my house, viewed the shower area in need of renovation, and all of them either failed to return my calls, or simply lost interest when I asked for a quote. From the moment I met Joe he was positive in his suggestions, and layed out the work schedule clearly and consicely. He even called me the day after our initial consultation to ask if I had any luck picking baths, matching tiles etc. These small details don't seem like much, but they give the customer reassurance and a feeling that their custom is valued. Will definitely use Joe again.

Kane came to service our old gas boiler and mend a faulty mixer tap shower. It soon became apparent that the boiler had many problems, and would cost too much to repair, so we asked Kane to quote for a new one. His quote was very competitive and because he was Gas Safe registered, we were sure it would be installed to all current specifications. He came a week later to install it. His work was excellent and he kept us informed throughout the day, as to what he was doing. He put down dust sheets in all the areas he was working and cleared everything away after he had finished. The difference the new boiler makes is amazing! The heating and water are a lot hotter. And the problem with the shower was because the boiler was faulty. Kane is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
