He could easily have just told us to go straight for the expensive work that we may need, so we really appreciated his honesty and genuine care. Whilst he was here, we mentioned another issue we had uncovered and he completed a temporary fix to help us over the weekend and then came back on the Monday to finish the job. We were really impressed with his knowledge, quality of work and reliability.
