Get in touchIt wasn't a big job , but it was done well . A man called at the on time . I showed him the area were the damp was . He checked and agreed it was a small job and could be done within a few hours. He then gave me a quote, which I agreed to . He then arranged a time and date . The man arrived on time talked me though what we needed to do . He got straight on with the work, clearing up any mess as he went along . After the work was done he then showed me what he had done , he had done a great job . I don't have to go and tidy up after him . Great job done from the reseptiones on the phone to the savior to the professional young man . He used a local cabinet maker to hand build new units and replaced the whole kitchen including new electrical appliances. The design was his own. The workmanship cannot be faulted. Julian was true to his estimates and was totally reliable. - Get in touchFrom start to finish the team at AmPm were great. Steven contacted me throughout, talking through everything and keeping me up to date. Customer service was fantastic and the team that came out (roofer that initially came to quote, plasterer and Lee the business partner) were friendly, efficient and tidy. When we realised this wasn’t a job for a roofer straight away, Lee came out and worked quickly to make sure the area was safe before working out a plan of action with me. Steven consulted with me every step and I felt confident in the work being carried out. Get in touchBrilliant job! Assessment was very thorough with a full report given which I can always come back to in the future. Well worth it! Phil definitely knows what he’s talking about when it comes to damp services and structural integrity! He had some great advice and came fully prepared. He’s been very reliable and was punctual everyday. The work he’s carried out was exactly what I wanted. We ended up finding out there was a fireplace behind the current fireplace and he gave us options of how to resolve the issues. I also gave him quite a few added on extra jobs as we went along which he took on no fuss at all - even did a bit of tiling/flooring for us to finish the job off nicely - Jack of all trades! Very grateful he was able to finish them alongside all of the original jobs that we’d priced up. He also sent renewed quotes so I knew where I stood in regards to the added extra jobs I’d asked for. Found him to be very professional and very helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!
