Couldnt get nice plaster finish so fire would sit flush which he completely understood and promptly removed fire happily agreeing to refit once plastering done. Great service at this point. Also agreed to put some rads back on when doing fire as had no heating. Then couldnt get hold of alex for couple weeks when needed it refitting and heating put back on. Zero response to calls or messages but finally got message apologising as had some issues. Came back today and refitted fire. If you need your gas appliances serviced and looked after I can add you to a list to keep you up with the yearly servicing making sure your appliances are upto scratch and working properly in these cold winter months. I do gas fire installations also and I have a lot of experience working with fires alone as it was my main job for many years.
