I needed some work doing fairly urgently and Jayke made sure it happened, he sent one of his team, a guy called Lea. Lea worked tirelessly, often staying late to make sure the job was completed on time and he was a pleasure to work with, always cheerful and sociable. Lea fitted a 12 sq m suspended ceiling in 2 days, including the metal framing, insulation, plasterboard, plaster and skim. Initially very happy with the work completed by Giles and the team, the standard of work was very high and even though the project ran over by a week or so was very happy. When signing up for the project I was told I would have a 5 year guarantee on the work done - fast forward a year and the entire patios pointing is just falling out (and it is a big patio). Been trying to get them back to fix it with no luck - say they will turn up and never do. Have seen reviews on other websites and it seems this is a reoccurring problem? David was very quick to respond and communicated regularly with us on WhatsApp and email to make sure we could develop the best design possible. He offered plenty of advice from his experience and helped us create a garden that met all of our expectations. His quote was reasonable and when he worked quicker than estimated he reduced the charge. He worked quickly, tidily and was a very polite and friendly person.
