Get in touchInitially very happy with the work completed by Giles and the team, the standard of work was very high and even though the project ran over by a week or so was very happy. When signing up for the project I was told I would have a 5 year guarantee on the work done - fast forward a year and the entire patios pointing is just falling out (and it is a big patio). Been trying to get them back to fix it with no luck - say they will turn up and never do. Have seen reviews on other websites and it seems this is a reoccurring problem?
