What most impressed me was Ben taking the time to sit down with me (for nearly an hour) and go over my requirements in depth before I'd even engaged him. Ben also has a network of other trades he works with who he engaged for other parts of the job. Again, they were all excellent people who I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
