Latest review:Fencing-We had some fencing damage at three rental properties as a result of recent storms. We completed the MyBuilder form on the 17 Feb ’20 and had three responses within hours. We arranged to meet Steve on site on 18 Feb ’20 and he provided a detailed quotation the same day, which we accepted. We provided Steve with the tenants contact details and he contacted each tenant and arranged access, keeping us informed of the arrangements he had made. The work commenced on 20 Feb and was completed on 21 Feb ’20, during which time we received regular updates. The area was left clean and tidy and invoices provided and settled on the day of completion. Stephen Richardson is highly recommended, and will be my first port of call next time my properties require maintenance.
