Seems like a nice enough lad , came and measured up , sent me a quote , agreed a day to start ,but unfortunately he has decided that due to certain circumstances he is no longer able to do the job and must cease wok for the foreseeable future , I'll have to relist the job but I hope things work out for him in the future

Job not completed Dilroop has gone awol spent £1000s on Materials I was shown dodgy receipts not a screw left behind properly he will use my materials for his next job and charge the customer the same receipts he showed me with the dates and times rubbed of the receipts just showing what he bought and the balance any way I will never recommend Dilroop to anyone to carry out a big job as he takes on the job takes your money and does not complete the job, I called and messaged loads of times and he is not answering his phone, but he is quick enough to phone you asking for money, I have given up on Dilroop and I had to pay another builder to complete the job Dilroop could not do Very unhappy customer, stay away from this 1 man band company and left a load of mess he made his plaster on the floor then left the remaining plaster over the floor boards and my carpet had his boot prints everywhere with his plaster he does not believe in security as he kept on leaving my front door open.

I used their Services over extended time period just becuase of their professionalism , honestly and competitive prices. Once the job is assigned they would leave only once its done and would be very cautious so as not to cause inconveinece to the inhabitants. On various occassions their suggestions in terms of design were very helpful and much better than what was already designed and finalized which helped me save cost and speed up project. I used their services on my Manchester house and they did over all complete renovation in 4 weeks below the budget I had in mind (that was outstanding). I have recommended them to atleast 5-6 friends and they all are happy with their work and havent heard any negative feedback so far.

After a difficult experience with a previous builder, Ian and Roy were absolute godsend! From day 1, they were friendly and respectful. Turned up when they said they would, got on with the job, and never caused problems. Always happy to answer questions and explain things whenever I needed clarification. Clearly very skilled at what they do. What was once a cold, dark garage has been transformed into a beautiful and bright living space that genuinely feels like it has always been part of the house. Both are very professional and followed Building Regulations properly, communicated with inspector where needed, worked safely, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the project which was very important to me! I am absolutely delighted with the finished result! Having builders you can trust makes such a difference, and I felt completely comfortable having them work in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian and Roy for anyone looking for reliable builders. Thank you again!

Engaged this company to build single storey extension + internal refurb. 6/7 week completion quoted, didn’t start build until week 6 due to problems that builder didn’t know how to resolve (some still not resolved). Now in week 12, job still nowhere near finished. Out of potential 58 working days since start men on site for 21. Payment plan agreed at start, Started asking for more money (off plan) so paid because he pulled his men off site until we agreed to pay (even though work not completed in that phase). Asked for more money again this week because of cash flow problems (this phase nowhere near complete) so we refused. Took his men off site again. Turned up on doorstep today, handed us some paperwork and told us he was pulling out of the job. Another builder has looked at work done and has said the build is unsafe, RSJ’s not fixed in place and liable to tilt with the weight of the roof. Besides this we have been left in an appalling situation with the only water supply through washing machine pipes, no electrics to back of house and about 2.5 tons of rubbish on front lawn. This man has lied to us throughout and has sent an email packed with further lies to justify his actions. Half of contract price already paid, nowhere near half work done. We were having this work done in order that our 95 year old mother could come and spend whatever time she has left with us, this builder new this - absolutely no conscience. All this reported to Trading Standards. DON’T USE HIM.
