Billy did a fantastic job on the renovation of our house. Both myself and my husband were completely inexperienced in renovations, but Billy always made us feel well informed and I immediately felt like we could trust both him and the rest of his team, which is an incredibly important thing when you have people in your house all day for months. The end result of the house looked fantastic, would definitely invite Billy back when we need more work doing. He wasn't just good at the building work, but also gave us some really good advice and helped us communicate with other professionals on the build, such as the structural engineer.

Rasen Homes have just completed major building work and Kitchen renovation in my home and I am very pleased with the results. Blaise really impressed me how punctual he is and how quickly his team completed all the initial really dirty building work. He always replies to any queries quickly and liaised all the other various professionals required ….Their work has been to a very high standard too . He has been very patient as I have changed my mind a few times as the project evolved! and has been really helpful and full of good ideas ….the price he charged was reasonable . I booked an appointment with Paul because I wasn't sure whether to sell and move house or stay where we were. WIth in five minutes Paul pointed out what we could do to improve out home and the decision was made. Paul did initial designs of how we could convert our loft where the stairs would be positioned and did images how the loft could be laid out. He has obtained a Certificate of lawfulness because it didn't need planning. and obtained building regulation approval, He found us a builder within our budget price and our loft conversion starts last week in September. We have retained Pauls services and he will help me to manage the builder and the project and I can't tell you how that takes pressure off me leaving me the time to get on with my job. Great bloke great range of services 5 out of five.
