Terry and the team were fantastic. After receiving the survey results of a property I was buying, they attended and inspected the roof, sending me a full set of pictures, a detailed list of what needed doing, and a full quote. When I eventually moved in and contacted Terry he was there the next week to undertake the work for the quoted price. I live in a conservation area, so there were several rules and regulations that needed adhering too, but this didn't phase the team. They undertook all of the work to an exceptional level, and even did a few extra bits for me when I noticed a few things that needed fixing. At the end of every day they ensured the site was tidy, safe and secure. They used the best materials and didn't cut any corners. Phil and his team done a fabulous job. Good communication, keep me update with the progress all the way. Everything from setting up scaffolding to ordering skip, Phil managed at the perfect timing and I do not need to worry a thing from beginning to end. Beside the work agreed, Phil sorted out the big hole in my chimney, that I did not even know, and Phil sorted it without any extra charge. I couldnt recommend enough. I am extremely unknowledgeable when it comes to roofing but I felt fairly treated. Jake talked me through the issue, what he was doing and got on with it. Much quicker than I thought it would take. I will be using JLB Roofing again in the future for any roofing related matters.
