I was looking for a tradesperson who offered exceptional attention to detail as things like doors and skirtings you have to look at forevermore, and i think i found him. Jason wasn't quite my cheapest quote (there wasn't much in it), but he came across well when i met him, and I'm glad i did go with him. I'll be asking Jason back to help with other jobs i have. So delighted with the finished room, Jay had some great ideas and could visualise how it would look, which exceeded my expectations. Jay and Rhys are both highly skilled and very good at what they do, in particular the plastering and finished render looks fantastic. These works have transformed the outside area for me and with the patio laid to a high specification too I can’t wait to start using the garden again. Jay added steps and a low level wall that I hadn’t considered for the path and patio and this was so great to see as I hadn’t anticipated these elements looking so good. Thank you Jay and Rhys, really pleased with how it all came together. (I have also asked for some further works to be done based on my experience so far)

There were positives and negatives to the delivery of this job. More positives than negatives. The job took far longer than expected due to shortages and delays in obtaining materials, some bad weather and builders spending time on other jobs instead of concentrating on the ours. However, the job was generally done to a very reasonable standard and was more than satisfactory. My only concern was the site, especially indoors, was not left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
