We initially just wanted to retile our bathroom but have ended up redoing both our bathrooms. Great workmanship and Vaselin was great to work with as he provides good advice, listens to our concerns and suggestions and outcome of his work is great. The job was carried out very efficiently to a standard reflecting the attention to fine detail in a timely manner for which Tom can be quite rightly proud. He has liaised in person with our supplier of bathroom items on more than one occasion to ensure that my wife and |I were given informed options to consider before and during the work carried out, without undue pressure. We are absolutely delighted with the bathroom re-flooring and refurbishment Jack recently completed. His workmanship was of the highest standard, and his communication was exemplary, keeping us fully informed throughout the project. Jack clearly takes great pride in his work, and is meticulous in his approach. He managed to rectify problems caused by a previous plumber's inadequate work, maintain a tidy workspace and finish within the agreed timeframe, all at a fair cost.
