James was instructed to review and improve an existing planning consent inherited after purchasing a site for development. The inherited consent was for thee townhouses and two semi detached properties. It had not been prepared very well and James was able to re-work the internal arrangements to produce a much more satisfactory layout throughout all the five buildings and even creating new garden space as well. This re-worked overall design is much more attractive both aesthetically and practically for an end-user resulting in a quite substantial increase in market value for the scheme overall following re-valuation and will undoubtedly assist the eventual marketing. The service has been very impressive being prompt, reliable, going further than the original brief in some instances to deliver the final revised approved planning consent -a task in itself with the planning authority concerned - and undertaken with a high degree of professionalism throughout. We use AutoCad, Revit (BIM), Photoshop and also currently starting to utilise Sketchup for modelling.
Price was originally quoted and agreed by email This fee was paid by us prior to applying for planning permission.
