Bogdan himself is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience in industry is clear to see, which makes choosing him great value for money. Before and during the project he offered solutions that we hadn't considered and the would in fact save us money and be of benefit to us in the future. His team is punctual, reliable, diligent, speedy and clean! They take pride in their work which has led to a highly satisfactory work in the final build. Bogdan also has great connections to third parties (e.g. to flooring and curtains/blinds providers) which is very valuable, especially when trying to coordinate different aspects and timings of a full house redecoration. His quotes and payment structures are fair, clear and concise which is also very helpful. His communication is excellent too. All in all, Bogdan's great work took away a huge amount of stress during these projects. I would highly recommend Bogdan and his team for any prospective works someone is considering.

Me and my wife are very satisfied with Prabbuilders work. What stands out with Prab builders is that they do every task as if they are doing it for their own house and with work they are meticulous and exceptional. What we started with and how our extension looks now is simply amazing and the way they explain about what will look good(Color/ the structure etc ) is commendable as we both were not sure what decision to make, but after completion we are overjoyed to see how excellent it turned out to be now. I would recommend them anytime based on their skill ,eye for detail, being punctual and the hard-work they invest into every task to make sure we are getting the final product the way we dreamt of.

I hired Amrit based on positive reviews, but my experience was extremely poor. The work showed all the signs of a cowboy builder. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the stress, delays, and financial risk I went through. 1: No Respect for Contract or Deadlines Contract deadline was 15th September, which he completely missed. Despite delays, he demanded money almost daily. When I referred him to the payment and work schedule he signed, his response was: “I didn’t read it, I just signed it.” 2: Dangerous and Unprofessional Working Practices Brought in unqualified workers, many of whom could not speak basic English. He ignored safety standards throughout the project and wanted to use the same unqualified workers for gas work, which is extremely dangerous. When I objected, his response was: “Don’t worry, you will get a new house if it blows up as you have insurance.” 3: Work failed multiple building control inspections. He eventually refused to cooperate with the building inspector.
