Ciprian was trustworthy and reliable. Always on time. Left him the keys to work on the house while we were away without a worry. Great quality of work. Cleaned up after himself, did the work to a high standard, clearly very experienced. Went above and beyond. I mentioned a few issues related to plumbing and electrics. Within 24 hours he brought people in to fix this, at a very reasonable rate. Will be using again.

Graham exceeded our expectations! He provided a thorough assessment and offered a reasonable quote for injecting damp proof course under the bay windows to combat rising damp. His professional insight also helped us discern moisture issues in other parts of the house initially mistaken for damp. Now, we eagerly anticipate the next six months for the injection to take full effect, before we get Graham to test it.

Tiling,2 splashbacks and cooker hood were all installed within one day and that includes them cleaning the place. Guys turned up at 8am sharp as agreed and did not stop until everything was done. We're very pleased with the quality of works as well. If IQ home improvements are not the cheapest, they are definitely one of the best.
