From the first communication with Stewart this has been the most easy and amazing process.. I honestly can't praise him and his whole team enough. The process has run so incredibly smoothly and quickly it's been amazing. It's difficult choosing a builder and we worried we would choose the wrong one, worried about how it would go..but we choose the best option. I would highly recommend Chez Construction to anyone looking for builders. It's taken around 3/4 weeks give or take from start to finish. Stewart was always on the end of the phone to respond to any questions wr had and dealt with the architect and council for us aswell. We are very very happy with our new extension.

John was excellent from start to finish. The quality of work was brilliant and he was always reliable. He has great communication skills and was always available if we had a question. He also thought outside the box and helped us with a few unexpected issues. Would highly recommend him and will be using him again on future work.

The quality of the work is excellent. Jon and Lee very helpful and liaised and worked around other contractors to get the assignments done. From start to finish Liam and his team have worked extremely hard to build my extension and get it done within the time I needed as I had been messed about by other people, the quote was cheaper then most so was a little sceptical at first but so glad with my choice, works very hard can clearly see it’s not just a job but a passion, tidy brick work and overall down to earth lads. Great customer relationship is key, with communication throughout a project to ensure the whole job is done to the customers requirements. Although I am based in Doncaster travelling to the surrounding areas is no issue. For projects such as extensions and new builds I can fully project manage and provide trusted trades to complete electrical and plumbing works. I am no stranger to the current building regulations and all major work is overseen by LABC (local authority’s building control). References available on request from previous projects. As a small business, I thrive to offer a quality service throughout.
Wanted the concrete steps on the front to look more appealing with better use as the old steps were not that great and a bit of an eye sore. Straight from the start A Shay was very friendly, professional and understood what we wanted. During the time from giving me a quote to the night before they arrived to do the work I was kept updated. We are really impressed with the work done and couldn’t have asked for anything more,very friendly, professional workmanship, knows his stuff and clean and tidy work. 1000% would recommend and definitely use again without a doubt.
