Richard phoned, and was extremely polite. He tried very hard to match his existing commitments with my anxiety for immediate assistance. He came promptly, as promised to look at the job, and we kept in touch, so that within two days he and his brother arrived early with mixer, acrow props etc. to start work in resolving my predicament. The two of them stayed late working in an uncomfortable environment until finished, and were paid their fair price as agreed. Attitude, hard work, fair price, experience and politeness - rthey had it all!
