Keith was very professional and polite. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Excellent service from start to finish. He respected my home environment by wearing shoe covers. He identified the root cause of the problem promptly in both toilets. I was impressed with his problem-solving skills, which demonstrates his years of experience and knowledge in his field of work. He provided a transparent quote and fair pricing and cleaned up after himself and left the area tidy.
