From the road it looks like a brand-new house! Prior to starting the build, we had an issue with some trees that were protected by a TPO. Most builders simply quoted for a very expensive raft foundation. Ade suggested an inspection trench to establish exactly what our options were. When the trench was dug, we discovered that there were no tree roots in the area of the proposed foundation. Building control inspected and confirmed that they were happy, and we saved many thousands of pounds. Ade and his team were completely reliable, always punctual and they were respectful of the property. They also got on well with my neighbours. We would highly recommend Ade and his team. We are now considering asking Ade to do additional building work in 2025.

Daniel, the boss, is a highly intelligent man who is completely trustworthy. He knows his trade and is very competent. He discusses with you and fully plans the work before beginning. His men are also trustworthy to have about your house. They work very hard for very long hours. The quote he gave for the job was very reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
