We recently had a log burner installed by SBS, and I must say, we’re most pleased with the entire experience. From the start, Joe provided us with all the information we needed and was very knowledgable. He sourced our chosen log burner and from initially adding the job on this app to the burner being installed, was all done with 2 weeks! The installation process was swift and professional. Joe and Steve arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure to keep everything tidy throughout the house. Excellent job on what turned out be a more challenging project. James seemed to take all the challenges in his stride and left us with a modified fireplace and log burner. James discussed all options with us prior to starting and cleaned down fully on completion of the job.
