We are reliable, trustworthy and turn up when expected. We only take on one job at a time, and attend site every day until completion. We have a dedicated engineer, gas plumber and electrician to call on when needed. Much of my work comes from word of mouth recommendations. We give an extended warrant and have many good references.
Right from the start of the job Pat was amazing. He has a great team who work really hard & always left the build tidy. I had 2 walls removed & Pat's quote was very competitive & after reading all the brilliant reviews I decided to go ahead. Pat &the team always turned up on time, communicated with me regularly, gave me updates when I was at work. Took care of building control application. Completed requests for things I asked to be done like putting an extra socket in the kitchen. All the team were friendly & reassuring. When I had some settlement cracks from the walls being removed, Pat reassured me this was normal but said everything would be checked over (he replied to me late on a Saturday night which was great) & building control & the structural engineer both confirmed what Pat advised that it's normal in a house of this age (built 1896). As someone who's never had any major building work done I couldn't have wished for a better team especially Daz and Cain. Thank you all. :)Latest review:Conversions - General-

Absolutely stunned with the job they did. Had 2 walls removed and an Rsj installed in less than 2 days. Daniel and his sun are very good and fast at what they do. They left the place incredibly clean considering the amount of dust created during the wall removal. Very pleased, not even mentioning the knowledge and politeness of the guys... and the price ... unbeatable. I hired Mitchell to put 5 en-suite in my Victoria student HMO. There was a 4 week window between tenants moving out and new ones moving in to complete all the work. He finished it on time to a very high standard. Tenants contacted me after a few weeks about a small leak by the shower door, Mitchell was back there the same day to fix it. Could not recommend him enough. Very happy with all he did and after care.
