We are 3 weeks in to a 5-6 week build. I really cannot speak highly enough of Owen, Will and Tom. Within 3 days they had created footings, knocked down walls, dismantled our kitchen and had steels in ready for the extension. The speed of progress has continued, the project management has been outstanding, everything delivered on the right day, without lots of materials being stored on site. They have been incredibly polite to our neighbours, ensuring they are parking with consideration and not inconveniencing anyone. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this team via this site. We look forward to working with Wright and Wrythe on future projects, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My name is Russ Farman I am 45 years young and started my apprenticeship at the age of 14. So have been laying bricks a long time ! The last 20 years we seem to mainly do extensions to wallplate for either the general builder or the home owner who likes to project manage themselves and call in the certain trades when needed! On an extension we do all footings , brickwork up to dpc , block and beam floors and or concrete oversites! All drainage , steelworks and knockthroughs and of course the brickwork! But we still do just brickwork if required! So basically we do all of the above but can do certain parts for example if you want an steel RSJ installed on your property we can do that to We lay certain patios but tend to keep away from porcelain as this country I feel is to cold for it and the slabs / tiles will lift here and there where your traditional slab will last for years! This idea has come from the Mediterranean countries where it works! I’m here for any advice

Steve and Andy are absolutely brilliant. Steve initially came to quote for our job and we instantly knew he was the one we wanted to build our extension. We were very impressed with his experience and knowledge and his quote was competitive. Both Steve and Andy arrived every day they said they would and with their bubbly personalities, made a usually stressful experience, feel like a walk in the park. With 3 children, 1 dog and 2 newly released kittens, they accomodated us all. They communicated with us throughout and kept us informed daily. They handled the building inspections efficiently and professionally. Our single storey extension they built, has been completed to a high standard, incorporating roof lanterns, a window and bifold doors. It has made our family life easier, with the addition of space for a new kitchen and downstairs cloakroom, with the old kitchen becoming a bedroom for our eldest. Thanks so much Steve and Andy, you almost became a part of our family and we miss you already. In my opinion would never use NSH again. Several issues throughout the build which in the end one took court action to resolve. Site was a constant mess and found Neil's attitude rude at times. Not once did he apologise for any issues. Have done several new builds/extensions in the past and this has put myself and wife off ever doing one again.
