He ordered repacement brackets for the gutter (instead of recommending new gutters) resulting in a very competitive quote. He was quick and efficient doing the job in the pouring rain. This also meant creating a new internal door way and blocking up the bottom half of a large floor to ceiling window and an existing external side door. Roger took down the separating wall, inserted a steel beam and made good all area's ready for a new kitchen. We were really happy with Rogers work, he was really easy to deal with, friendly, arrived when he said he would and most importantly for us showed he was a professional in his trade by giving advice, especially on things we hadn't even considered. The finished job was great and better than we had hoped. He recently completed a big project for us of replacing our old conservatory with a new Ultraframe roof and aluminium doors, plus a new flat roof. It's made such a difference to our space and the work has been completed to a really high standard. Ollie always took the time to explain our options clearly and keep us updated on progress (he even sent us pictures while we were away). We also really appreciated that he was never pushy, the costs were transparent and he had no sales tactics. Even though there were a few tricky bits, Ollie managed everything smoothly.
