The project was meant to be 6 months, paid 95% of the payment. Quote based on building control plans, have later refused to do part of the work. Meant to fit 3 bathrooms, not complete. Bi fold doors, windows fitted and supplied by them, have gaps, missing seals, drafts, not been back to fix this, tell me it’s the supplier’s issue, even though they sourced it all and fitted them. Bought in electrician to complete second fix work, after asking about socket choice etc, only to then say this wasn’t included we didn’t look at our own quote! They proceeded to carry this work out as Is aid I would pay now it had started, didn’t communicate about number of sockets and location, but then expected me to pay the invoice without knowing price. Same with tiler, given invoice after the tiler they sourced and contracted completed the work, telling me I had to now pay the tiler. Failed building control, have not returned, offered suitable solution to their errors, still asked for full payment. First fix pipework leaked, plastered over the soil pipe with hole, left the extractor fan pipe into a cardboard box, first fix electrics are not suitable and need a second circuit, fitted a sliding door too small for the door, they supplied doors, dormer cladding incomplete and ply wood frame exposed, poor plaster work, incorrect fitting of an external fire door, part removed a ventilation system plastered over the vent and left the sensor and fan running into nowhere, poor gutter worklist goes on

I can highly recommend Brad and his team for any build works. We initially got Brad in for a quote to open up two structural walls to create an open plan kitchen diner and living room on our full refurb house project. The quote was competitive for the job however me and my business partner were confident with the way Brad conducted his business that we ended up entrusting most of the jobs in the refurb project to him. Brad managed the project for the most part except for plastering and painting. We were not happy with one of the tradesmen he had on the job, however Brad tends to take ownership and was willing to work with us to rectify the issue and ensure our satisfaction. Overall, we completed the project on schedule as originally planned thanks to Brad and the energetic team . We shook hands on a positive note hoping to involve him on any future projects. Thanks Brad, see you on our next project.

Chris and the team have gone above and beyond on my house extension. They turn up early, work late, and do everything to the highest standard. Not only did they do my Raft Foundation, they also did the knock through where then house met the new extension, the structural work, the concrete pad and all in between. The lads are now doing 80sqm of slabbing and 70sqm of turf. Could not recommend more.

Loft Conversion- 8 Aug 2019
When we decided to have our loft converted we had a number of quotes and also a recommendation. We chose not to go with the recommended company, whose work we had seen as we instantly liked Steve when he came round to give us a quote. He was friendly and courteous and straight to the point. We felt that we could trust him from the first meeting. (I always trust my gut instinct with people and am usually right!) Now that the work is finished, we absolutely love our loft extension and cannot believe how little disruption and mess was made throughout. Every workman involved in the project respected our house and constantly cleaned and tidied as they went along. This helped enormously as we both work and the last thing we wanted was to clean up every evening. Steve gave us a timescale of 6-8 weeks and as promised it was completed in this time, he also kept us continually updated and informed of next steps and also got back to us immediately when we contacted him. I hate cliches but all of the tradesmen went the extra mile which was amazing, especially after having read nightmare stories of other people’s experiences. A special thanks has to go to Wayne who plastered and decorated for us-his work is amazing. We would definitely recommend Redstone Construction to other people and everyone who has seen our loft extension has loved it. Thank you Steve and the team for giving us a dream bedroom with a bigger than average en suite.
