Great job - from popping along to view job and supply quote. Good comms - arrived on date agreed and stripped down brick work and replaced 2 x lintels and rebuilt all brick work. All rubbish removed and area cleaned. Lovely to meet Andy & Ian - would definitely recommend these guys. Very meticulous in work approach and a pleasure to deal with.

Brian came a had a look at the wall we needed replacing and provided us with a quote we were happy with. He managed to source all the materials required, though it was more problematic with the current lockdown situation. He and his colleague arrived when agreed, completed the work to a high standard having given plenty of options and choice in terms of brick types etc. They put the rubbish into the skip we had hired and cleaned up after themselves. Job carried out in a socially distanced manner and to a high standard. Would hire again if we need more of this type of work again.

Excellent. I needed someone to remove an existing washing machine and for a new one when it arrived. Shaun was on the job immediately, arrived when he said he would, and did the job efficiently....returning a week later to fit the new machine. Reasonable price charged. Honest, friendly and respectful. Hoping to get him back for other work in the future.

Lloyd from LGM Builders called to give me a quote to plaster my bedroom walls and ceiling. He was very helpful and friendly. He suggested putting insulation boards on the outside wall to keep the heat in. I also needed one new board on the ceiling. I was told the whole job would be 1 day prep and 2 days work. Lloyd arrived alone and completed all the work in 1 day and asked to be paid. I never expected to have any problems and paid him by bank transfer that evening. I then discovered that the new boards covered my window sill and also didn't allow enough room for the new radiator to be fitted without moving the pipes. Lloyd purchased a new window sill on my behalf and said he would return to fit later in the week. As the plaster dried I noticed lots of indentations and it was quite rough in places. When Lloyd arrived I mentioned the faults in the plaster so that it could be fixed. Lloyd's personality completely changed, his tone was aggressive, which made me feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable in my own home. He said he had done a good job and if I was a painter I would know that the indentations would need filling prior to painting. He then said he wasn't going to waste his time putting the new sill on when he could be working for someone else.

Sean was perfect. Always punctual, polite, conscientious, and willing to do that bit extra to finish the job. His price was very competitive and he always made an effort to work with our timescales. The extension scheme wasn’t a straight forward job, required an engineered slab and temporary support for the accommodation above. Sean tackled it all with ease and got on with the task at hand.
