Jamie gave me a thorough understanding of what he needed to do to resolve my issue and provided me with a quote later that day. Due to my pending departure from the country, he gave up his scheduled day off to complete my job. Jamie arrived on time and completed the work on schedule, he was extremely courteous and pleasant throughout his time with me and has resolved my issue. Project was to remove corner fireplace and associated brickwork, plaster the wall and ceiling. Steve arrived when he said he would and completed the work to the timescale anticipated. He cleaned up at the end of each day and kept dust etc to a minimum throughout the job. Jamie fitted new Upvc windows’ and a Composite Stable front door. Also fitted new soffits, facias and Guttering all around property. I have moved into an old stone cottage that’s needs lots of work. Jamie was recommended to me. He is very neat and tidy whilst on my property, also efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him and a happy to provide photographs of his work. Shane accepted two jobs from us and agreed to a £500 reduction to the overall price. He didn't turn up when he was meant to a few weeks ago to discuss finer details. He didn't get in touch until today, when he's saying he under quoted and is unable to do the work for even the original quote!! What a waste of our time! Not a trustworthy builder at all.
