Being a landlord I have had many dealings with locksmiths as well as other tradesmen, so i hang onto the good honest ones like Open Key. Was blown away by the service. Called in an emergency as one of my tenants was locked inside the house. Joshua responded immediately after I posted the job asking for photos and even rang me to give some advice - said he was available even though it was out of hours. It was all sorted in no time and the lock is as good as new. The price was very reasonable compared to previous dealings with other companies with similar jobs. Tom was punctual and really friendly. Job completed quickly and I am really pleased - he removed part of my fitted kitchen to accommodate my fridge freezer after a house move, repositioned my washing machine and secured the kick boards in the kitchen to prevent my cat climbing under them. Matt did a fantastic job fitting our composite front door. The finish is excellent and he was super professional throughout. Update - we were so pleased with the front door, we asked Matt to come back and help us replace our porch supports. He suggested using staddle stones and timber posts. The finish is absolutely perfect, and the attention to detail is really impressive. I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for a high quality professional finish. It's a bonus that he's a nice guy too 👍🏻
